provide assistance beyond the purchase, so if something isn’t quite right, just
drop us a line at care@klane.in within 7 days of delivery and we’ll
handle everything. Our Policy:
· Cancellations will be
considered only if the request has been made within 24 hours of placing the
order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders
have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the
process of shipping them.
· Returns &
exchange can
be initiated within 7 days of product delivery. Item(s) must be unused, in new
condition, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Size doesn’t
fit? Or you received the wrong item? Just email us at care@klane.in and
tell us what’s wrong and we’ll take care of the rest. We’ll ship the new size
once the original reaches us.
· In case you don’t
want to exchange them item, we offer KLANE STORE CREDIT that is valid for 12
months. This will be provided in the form of an exclusive coupon code that can
be used at checkout during its validity.
· Refunds are provided via
KLANE STORE CREDIT. We do not offer cash reimbursements back to your original
payment method.
