• You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• Item(s) must be unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Every order comes with one FREE size exchange.

• We’ll ship the new size once the original reaches us.
• Or you can opt for klane store credit (valid 12 months).

Something’s wrong with the item?

Wrong item received, color mismatch, damage —no worries.

Exclusions

• “Final‑sale” items marked No Return.
• Damage due to misuse or alterations post‑delivery.
• Excessive return abuse; klane may refuse service.
